Weigh-in this morning was great! 103, which is a loss of 1.4 from last weekend, I think? Can’t remember off the top o my head when the last time I weighed myself was.
The first half of today will consist of:
Coffee with half and half
Banana protein smoothie
Toasted half-bagel with peanut butter (for lunch…)
I am SO excited to finally go grocery shopping after work today. We have been seriously scraping the backs of the fridge and cupboard all week. So bad.
Just have to get through another day of work and then the weekend can begin! I think I’m going to work through lunch today so I can leave an hour early and hit up the grocery store before the after-work rush.
Supper - cabbage casserole
Snack - cookie
Weighing myself tomorrow morning, not really sure what to expect.
Also pretty sure I won’t be logging my food this weekend. The world doesn’t need to see what happens when I’m this stressed out.
So far today:
My mood is really negative today. I’m feeling completely overwhelmed with the sheer amount of projects I have going on and I am completely incapable of focusing on any of them because of it.
I’m off to try to find a recipe that uses quinoa, pizza sauce and shrimp… because that’s what I’ve got in the house and I NEED to make my lunches next week!!!
Supper last night - two pieces of cheesy mushroom steak pizza. They were a bit bigger than this though - these are the leftovers I’ll be having for lunch today.
First up for today:

veggies & dip (yay for some veggies!!!)
2 mini microwave cheeseburger bun thingies (can you tell my food stock is starting to run very, very low???)
Supper will be catered again because I have a meeting. I’m thinking pizza… it’s just the easiest thing to feed these guys! If that’s the way I end up going, I vow to only have 1-2 slices. That way, I can have another cookie when I get home. :)

Bad news - totally forgot my lunch at home. Good news - there’s a catered meeting at work today that will have leftovers which will likely be healthier than what I was going to bring. Win?

Snack - granola bar
Not going to take pictures of all of my food anymore - just too much work! I will still post text though because I need to be kept accountable.
