Another gross lunch at work. I’ve got to get myself together and prepare better! It doesn’t help that I’m trying to keep out of the grocery store until Friday. (Not sure that’s going to happen since we might be hitting up Costco tonight). 

I need to start thinking about maintenance, since it’s only a few pounds away. Last time I decided to “maintain over the holidays”, I had a bit of trouble. I found that I was actually scared to eat more than I had been. The thought of putting a piece of chocolate in my mouth was horrifying. Obviously, I got over it. But before the bingeing started on Christmas Eve, I actually did have several days of controlled eating. Hopefully I can find that groove again.
