  • coffee with half and half
  • banana protein smoothie
  • granola bar
  • V8
  • 2 small slices of cheesy mushroom steak pizza (pictured in last post)

My mood is really negative today. I’m feeling completely overwhelmed with the sheer amount of projects I have going on and I am completely incapable of focusing on any of them because of it.

I’m off to try to find a recipe that uses quinoa, pizza sauce and shrimp… because that’s what I’ve got in the house and I NEED to make my lunches next week!!!
